ATM Airport Construction and Management, Inc. has won the tender for the construction and operating of Dalaman Airport International Terminal put out by State Airports Administration (DHMI) in 2003 under Build Operate Transfer course.
ATM Airport Construction and Management, Inc. is a joint stock company formed by the companies namely YDA and partner Turkuaz. Headquarter of YDA, the biggest shareholders of the company, is located in Ankara.

Dalaman Airport New International Terminal project, an investment of about 150.000.000 USD, is one of the most important projects in this industry. This project is carried out by facilitating German Hypo-Vereinsbank loan and by using YDA assets. The consultancy and supervision of this international project is performed by international companies such as Scott Wilson (U.K), Obermeyer GmbH ( Germany), Deloitte Touch and Miller.
