He went on to point out the importance of the ISO 9001 Quality Certificate, and emphasizing that a "passenger-focused" service concept was of prime importance to them, said, "Our most important duty is to realize the wishes and expectations of passengers."
Güvenç has said that they are continuing with their efforts to hold customer satisfaction first and foremost, and they are preparing for the new season by giving regular training to the personnel during tourism's quiet period. He has also pointed out that the ISO 14001 Environment Certificate is a sign of total conformity with environmental legislations, and that the terminal personnel develop an awareness of the environment as a result of the training. Güvenç, emphasizing that they are a terminal serving foreign tourists in a touristic area known all over the world, such as Dalaman, pointed out that they show the greatest sensitivity that can be shown in a touristic area, using waste water that has been refined in waste water processing plants for watering the gardens and turning waste paper, glass, plastics and metal over to recycling companies. Declaring that they had earned the TS 13001 HACCP Food Safety Certificate and the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Certificate as a result of meticulous work, Güvenç added, "Although we are a very recently opened terminal, we have received quality certificates in four different subjects. Our aim is to create a terminal Turkey can be proud of."

Requirement of respect for the environment:
ISO 14001 Environment Management System
It is a globally accepted fact that the resources of our world are not infinite, and that the environmental impact of products and activities of institutions create local and global reflections. A very important part of ATM's management concept has to do with this subject. In order to protect and improve environmental values and human health, ATM carries out all its environmental applications based on the international requirements of the ISO 14001 Environment Management System. With the system, important steps are taken to reach the targets of increasing compliance with national and/or international legislations while strengthening institutional prestige, reducing costs while increasing productivity, and controlling and reducing pollution at the source.
The Guarantee of occupational safety: OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Administration System
It is ATM's basic target to ensure that the activities carried out at the terminal are healthy and safe for the employees. ATM creates safe work environments for everybody by implementing the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Administration System. The Occupational Health and Safety Administration System makes it possible to define OHS risks, and minimize them by taking the necessary precautions. With this system, targets are realized through management programs, OHS training is given to suitable personnel, and emergency situations are prepared for.

Top level safety in food: ISO 22000 : HACCP Food Safety Management System
HACCP is a food safety system based on the creation and sustenance of a documented structure aimed at the safedelivery of food products manufactured by food producers to the public. All food institutions active within ATM work along the lines of this system, and all applications are controlled by ATM administration in accordance with system requirements. With this system, risks connected to food are minimized, and safe production and service to consumers are ensured. The system also brings under control the reduction of product losses, compliance with legal rules and regulations and the implementation of an effective auto-control system.
